I picked up a pot of this in Llandudno at a craft fair and the lady told me to use it as face cream at night. It had changed my skin dramatically and is an excellent moisturiser. But when I ran out and ordered some more here, I paid the money but have received nothing. I’ve emailed and written physically but no response. I accept it may be out of stock but don’t understand why no one is replying.
